With Winter just around the corner Beatriz & Lizzy (our chefs) have been talking about changing to a Winter menu.  They're thinking about soup, casseroles, home made sausage rolls for afternoon tea and more.

It is currently being displayed on the Parent Information Wall for you perusal and is always available in our Policy Folder.

A huge welcome again to all of our new families.  We hope you and your children are settling in well and trust that you will let us know if there's anything we can do to make things better or easier for you.

At this time of year we always review our Centre Philosophy to ensure it reflects the values of our Green Gables community of which you are now a part.  For the next two weeks It will be displayed on the parent information wall.  Please read it and provide us with any feedback.  This philosophy is also in the Parent Handbook you received when you first enrolled.

We look forward to hearing your thoughts and including your suggestions in the future. 

FYI - there is a 'Parent Feedback' folder under the sign in counter with many and varied feedback forms.  Please feel free to complete these at any time and place them in the communication box (silver box on the left) on the wall.

FYI - here is the latest update to the NSW Immunisation Schedule (December 2013).
For more information about Childhood Immunisation please click on this image and you will be redirected to an entire brochure on the subject.
Throughout the year, please remember to bring us updated immunisation information for your child (when they have their 4 year old injections).

If your child has turned 4 in the past year we MUST have a copy of their updated immunisations papers .  Please bring in their blue books on their first day next year OR email us a copy of their ACIR Immunisation History Statement available from www.medicareaustralia.gov.au/online - clicking on this picture will take you there.

This is a requirement of the NSW Public Health Act 2010 and we will be adhering strictly by not accepting children without updated papers.

For those children who are not immunised, parents will need to provide Immunisation Exemption papers - contact us directly for more details.

There is a new app available for families to help remember vaccination dates.  'Save the Date to Vaccinate' can be downloaded from www.immunisation.health.nsw.gov.au
