Immunisation History Statements - urgent

If your child has turned 4 in the past year we MUST have a copy of their updated immunisations papers .  Please bring in their blue books on their first day next year OR email us a copy of their ACIR Immunisation History Statement available from www.medicareaustralia.gov.au/online - clicking on this picture will take you there.

This is a requirement of the NSW Public Health Act 2010 and we will be adhering strictly by not accepting children without updated papers.

For those children who are not immunised, parents will need to provide Immunisation Exemption papers - contact us directly for more details.
