Free vision screenings - Wednesday 12th December

STEPS will be attending Green Gables on Wednesday 12th December at 10am.  All children aged 4 and over are entitled to a free vision screening.  If your child doesn't usually come on Wednesday and you would like them to participate then please bring them in at 10:30 and stay until they've been assessed.  CONSENT FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED for children to participate - available at the sign in counter.
